Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy below: Appointment Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of £20. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling Appointments You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of £20. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time based on availability. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to come to the best possible solution. How to Cancel or Reschedule Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled via phone, email or online. Please ensure you receive confirmation of any changes to avoid misunderstandings.
