Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of £20. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of £20. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time based on availability.
